I'm sorry, the fault delaying this answer, was me,
I had not come around to it, but you figured on my todo
list for a couple of weeks. Around the time of your
question, with the tar file, Vincent van Oostrom
was giving a talk at our VU seminar, and it
addressed very much the same questions raised by
you. I showed him your message with the tar file,
and he answered with something that I think is
relevant for you. So I was planning to present
Vincent and you to each other, so to speak, because
he is the proper person to answer you. Right now,
I cannot reach his message which is on my Mac at
home (I can't go from here at the VU to my home Mac),
but I will be able tonight or tommorrow evening. I
asked and got Vincent's permission to forward his
answer plus a note of him on these matters, to you.
Today and tomorrow we are still busy with the PhD
promotion examination and ceremony of one of Vincent's
students, but after that, tomorrow, I will make sure
that email traffic to you will proceed as it should!
